La Finca Can Carlos is a beautiful renovated farmhouse located in the Morna Valley in the stunning North of Ibiza. It is nestled in the campo at the end of its own drive in a peaceful location yet only 5 minutes drive away from the charming and authentic village of San Carlos. The pretty village of San Carlos retains the magical charm of the true Ibiza spirit and is the gateway to lots of the amazing beaches and coves in the North of the island. It is home to the famous Bar Anitas, the hippy market of Las Dalias and lots of great restaurants, bars, cafes, shops, church and a fantastic play park for the kids. Cala San Vincent, Aguas Blancas, Es Figuerel, Pou Des lleo, Cala Boix, Cala Mastela, Cala Llenya, Cala Nova and all the beaches surrounding Santa Eulalia can all easily be reached within a 5 – 10 minute drive of the property. The finca is an original Casa Payasa and incorporates beautiful architecture typical to this part of the island. It has been lovingly restored by its owners and currently offers 5 double bedrooms and 4 bathrooms on 331m2 of property on a 1500 m2 plot.

There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms in the main house and a separate casita which was renovated in the spring of 2022 which has a double bedroom, bathroom, living room with a log burning fire and a small kitchen. The pool and terrace areas were recently updated in 2021 to offer a wonderfully relaxing experience with large sun loungers/beds, an undercover dining area and various chill out areas in which to relax.
The spacious kitchen was also updated in 2021 using micro cement finishes which add a striking contrast to the old Sabina beams used in the ceiling. There is a Smeg range cooker and a large Liebherr Side by side bio fresh fridge/freezer. There is a wooden indoor dining table in the kitchen that is flooded with natural light through the sky lights in the ceiling. The 4 bathrooms, 1 with a large bathtub were updated in 2021 using a micro cement finish, brushed bronze and gold accessories and a selection of onyx, marble and stone sinks. The 5 double bedrooms are spacious and all have AC. There is central heating throughout the main house and 2 large log burning fires one in the large living room and another in the living space off the kitchen. The beds and mattresses were all new in 2021 and are furnished with soft linens to keep you cool in the summer and warm in the winter. The living room is a generous size with 2 large linen sofas. It has a Smart TV with Netflix, Sky Movies/sports available in all languages. There is another living area/space just off the kitchen that has crittal style windows/doors and is flooded with light that overlooks the terrace and the pool.
This benefits from beautiful sunsets to the West over the Morna Valley. There are two upstairs outdoor terrace/chill out areas. The architecture of the house is very typically Ibicencan with the 6 stone arches at the front of the house. Striking pink bougainvillea covers the facade. There is fast speed internet throughout the house. It has a pretty garden with orange, lemon and apricot trees, lavender, rosemary and birds of paradise plants.
